We began 2024 by celebrating 10 years of delivering AI-powered healthcare data management and predictive analytics solutions to some of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations.
This significant milestone was an opportunity for our team to reflect on what we set out to do from Day 1 – to challenge the status quo of what AI-driven analytic solutions could do for healthcare.
We’ve accomplished a lot in 10 years, but our passion for innovation remains stronger than ever. Here’s a look at a few of the highlights and achievements that made 2024 a year to be proud of for our team.
“I am proud of the Outreach Optimizer analytics dashboard we developed this year. This will significantly improve care management leaders’ ability to target the right individuals for outreach and affect change.”
— Cassidy Spelrem | Healthcare Data Analyst
“The Pharmacy Analyzer we developed was a big accomplishment in 2024. With the continuous rise in pharmacy costs, we wanted to give healthcare leaders a robust tool they can use to understand how drug utilization and cost trends are impacting a population and the bottom line.”
— Deanna Stearns | VP, Actuarial and Advisory
“This year we evaluated a broader range of third-party healthcare programs than in previous years, with interventions targeting specific conditions that we had not encountered before. This gave us the opportunity to demonstrate the robustness of our existing causal framework and to expand it in novel directions. Our approach is now both more specific to our clients’ needs and more automated in checking the validity of our estimates, describing the results, and drilling into the details of how the program is affecting member outcomes.”
— Steve Lauer | Director, Data Science
“The incredible achievements in AI over the past year inspired our team to push the boundaries of AI-driven applications to improve the cost and quality of healthcare delivery. We worked closely with customers to apply these innovations by tailoring sophisticated models to address their complex needs. One model I am proud of helped a customer to better track the risk and reduce rates of sepsis in their population – showing the impact tailored AI solutions can have.”
— Eugene Kwak | SVP, Data Science
We look forward to continuing our innovative work in 2025. There is much more that can be done in healthcare analytics to improve the cost of care and people’s lives. We can’t wait to share what else we’ve been working on in the new year.
